EnVital is a private-pay concierge men and women’s health clinic that is conveniently located in Beverly, MA in the Cummings Center. To locate the EnVital office, please drive through the main entrance for the Cummings Center, take a left at the guard shack, take the first right at the stop sign and continue on straight ahead. Look for the Burgundy banner 121V and enter our building through that door. Come around the corner to Suite 117T. We are located within the same Suite as New England Urology.

Prior to your appointment, our team will provide you with a questionnaire and information to obtain the necessary lab work.

Once you get to our office, you will be greeted by our friendly office staff who will confirm your paperwork and then introduce you to our medical staff who will go over your questionnaire, lab results and discuss your Personalized Treatment Plan. EnVital analyzes your hormones from a biological perspective with the focus on replacing hormones for Longevity purposes, anti-aging and overall improved whole-body performance.

RACHEL NAMENSON,

Rachel Namenson is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over five years of focused experience in women’s health, specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), gynecology, infertility, and hormonal wellness for both men and women. She has a deep passion for helping patients feel their best through every stage of life. While she brings extensive expertise in women’s health, Rachel also works closely with male patients to address hormone imbalances, optimize vitality, and support healthy aging.

Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Boston University, followed by her Physician Assistant degree from Pace University in New York City. During her training, she worked alongside leading physicians at Lenox Hill Hospital, one of NYC’s top-ranked medical centers, where she developed a strong foundation in in advanced hormonal therapies and patient-centered care.

In her role at EnVital, Rachel is dedicated to supporting all patients—male and female—feel their best through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that support longevity, vitality, balance, and whole-body wellness. She believes in a holistic approach that empowers patients to take control of their health and age with confidence.

Rachel is currently accepting new patients at EnVital and looks forward to helping each individual feel balanced, energized, and supported in their health journey.

    Andrew Lenhardt, MD

    MEDICAL DIRECTOR

    Andrew Lenhardt, MD, is a board-certified physician in clinical practice for over 25 years with an extensive background in functional, integrative and longevity medicine.  He is the author of three published books: The Best of Both Worlds, Emotional Intelligence in a Complex World and A Practical Guide to Common Presenting Complaints in Primary Care.  Dr. Lenhardt is on the faculty of Tufts Medical School, Endicott College and Yale University and has been teaching medical students and nurse practitioner students for over 15 years.  He has developed the algorithms used for the RootFinder tool at Complex Health Solutions.

    Kayla is the friendly and organized backbone of Envital. As our Office Manager, she ensures everything runs smoothly, from handling refill requests and responding to emails to managing all the behind-the-scenes office details. With her dedication and expertise, Courtney keeps our clinic operating seamlessly and ensures our patients feel supported every step of the way.
