Prior to your appointment, our team will provide you with a questionnaire and information to obtain the necessary lab work.
Once you get to our office, you will be greeted by our friendly office staff who will confirm your paperwork and then introduce you to our medical staff who will go over your questionnaire, lab results and discuss your Personalized Treatment Plan. EnVital analyzes your hormones from a biological perspective with the focus on replacing hormones for Longevity purposes, anti-aging and overall improved whole-body performance.

ELISABETH MACDONALD, PA-C
Elisabeth MacDonald, PA-C, is a skilled Physician Assistant with 5 years of experience specializing in female bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss (MWL), and Women’s Health. Her expertise spans urology, urogynecology, peptide therapy, and weight management, offering individualized treatments that improve energy, body composition, libido, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
With a patient-centered approach, Elisabeth combines clinical knowledge with a passion for education, empowering women to make informed health decisions and achieve lasting wellness. She is committed to creating positive, long-term health outcomes through evidence-based, personalized care.
Elisabeth is also passionate about public health, having volunteered in the Dominican Republic, Ghana, and Malawi, where she gained valuable insights into global health challenges.
A South Shore resident, Elisabeth enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with her young daughter and engaging in activities like running, biking, hiking, and boating.

Mike Zachareas, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Michael J. Zachareas, MD, is a highly experienced, board-certified urologist with over 25 years of clinical expertise in both male and female urology. He is the founder of New England Urology, established in 2006, and is affiliated with Beverly Hospital, New England Surgery Center, and the Northeast Health System.
Dr. Zachareas (or Dr. Z as he is known to his patients and friends) has over 25 years helping thousands of men and women with his expertise in urology, infertility, prostate and kidney stone disease, erectile dysfunction, urologic oncology and minimally invasive treatments.
Andrew Lenhardt, MD
Medical Director
Andrew Lenhardt, MD, is a board-certified physician in clinical practice for over 25 years with an extensive background in functional, integrative and longevity medicine. He is the author of three published books: The Best of Both Worlds, Emotional Intelligence in a Complex World and A Practical Guide to Common Presenting Complaints in Primary Care. Dr. Lenhardt is on the faculty of Tufts Medical School, Endicott College and Yale University and has been teaching medical students and nurse practitioner students for over 15 years. He has developed the algorithms used for the RootFinder tool at Complex Health Solutions.
