Michael Zachareas, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Michael J. Zachareas, MD, is a highly experienced, board-certified urologist with over 25 years of clinical expertise in both male and female urology. He is the founder of New England Urology, established in 2006, and is affiliated with Beverly Hospital, New England Surgery Center, and the Northeast Health System.
Dr. Zachareas (or Dr. Z as he is known to his patients and friends) has over 25 years helping thousands of men and women with his expertise in urology, infertility, prostate and kidney stone disease, erectile dysfunction, urologic oncology and minimally invasive treatments.

Andrew Lenhardt, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Andrew Lenhardt, MD, is a board-certified physician in clinical practice for over 25 years with an extensive background in functional, integrative and longevity medicine. He is the author of three published books: The Best of Both Worlds, Emotional Intelligence in a Complex World and A Practical Guide to Common Presenting Complaints in Primary Care. Dr. Lenhardt is on the faculty of Tufts Medical School, Endicott College and Yale University and has been teaching medical students and nurse practitioner students for over 15 years. He has developed the algorithms used for the RootFinder tool at Complex Health Solutions.

RACHEL NAMENSON, PA
Rachel Namenson is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over five years of focused experience in women’s health, specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), gynecology, infertility, and hormonal wellness for both men and women. She has a deep passion for helping patients feel their best through every stage of life. While she brings extensive expertise in women’s health, Rachel also works closely with male patients to address hormone imbalances, optimize vitality, and support healthy aging.
Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Boston University, followed by her Physician Assistant degree from Pace University in New York City. During her training, she worked alongside leading physicians at Lenox Hill Hospital, one of NYC’s top-ranked medical centers, where she developed a strong foundation in in advanced hormonal therapies and patient-centered care.
In her role at EnVital, Rachel is dedicated to supporting all patients—male and female—feel their best through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that support longevity, vitality, balance, and whole-body wellness. She believes in a holistic approach that empowers patients to take control of their health and age with confidence.
Rachel is currently accepting new patients at EnVital and looks forward to helping each individual feel balanced, energized, and supported in their health journey.
ALYSSA SPINALE, NP
Alyssa Spinale, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in 2014. She began her advanced practice career in orthopedic surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where she spent seven years providing comprehensive patient care and contributing to a publication in the Journal of Foot & Ankle Orthopedics. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Alyssa was deployed to Employee Health and later transitioned to a permanent role at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in 2021, further expanding her experience in preventative care and population health.
With a longstanding passion for fitness, longevity, and proactive wellness, Alyssa has intentionally shaped her career to align with a more personalized, health-focused model of care. She holds certifications in aesthetic medicine (2017, 2023) and previously provided concierge medical aesthetic services with Skin Clique. She is thrilled to bring her clinical expertise and wellness-driven approach to Envital.
In addition to her clinical work, Alyssa served as Vice President of The Women’s League of Reading, a nonprofit organization, and works part-time in the popular fitness studio, Tread.
She lives in Reading with her husband, Ken, and their two children, Emmy and Levi.
