If the provider determines you are not a candidate based on your lab results they will work with you to develop an alternative treatment plan to help you reach your health goals.

Complete comprehensive diagnostic testing to determine medical eligibility and identify your baseline hormone levels.
Review results with your physician.

Lab draws are done within our offices with results within 36-48 hours.

Ongoing Monitoring & Optimization:
Regular visits and check-ins with your physician to ensure your treatment plan is personalized to you.

Includes cost of all visits, lab work, medications and ongoing monitoring.

Receive a Personalized Treatment Plan
Receive you personalized treatment plan and start your hormone therapy treatment with injectable, topical or pellet therapy. Results are noticeable after 1 to 1.5 months.

Includes cost of all medications delivered directly to you, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, active monitoring and check-ins.
